The back-end is java based, while the frontend clients are native.  It is built upon a Kony Quantum platform and operates on iOS and Android mobile devices as well as desktop browsers, on Macs and PCs with both Windows OS and Linux. Mobile clients support both on-line and off-line mode. All services are hosted in the Amazon AWS cloud in a redundant high availability configuration. Access is determined by the customer. Offline mode is accessed simply by clicking on the connected icon in the upper right- hand corner of the application.  **Archangel** will fully function in offline mode.  Once the user is in an area where connectivity is available, then they can click on the offline mode icon in the upper right-hand corner of the application and re-establish online connectivity with **Archangel**. Online/offline can also be accessed under the "More" menu of the application.  Once the connection is re-established, all data will be uploaded to the cloud.  No residual data will be left on the users device. Not only is your information secure and stored in an Amazon Cloud storage facility, you can determine what security levels you would like your employees to have access to on **Archangel**. #### What does ''guided approach" mean for users of Archangel? ##### **Archangel i**s an intuitive application for users with wound care knowledge.  The guided approach of** Archangel** steps each user through the process from start to finish of documenting a wound, treating a wound, and ordering/billing of products. Informational (i) buttons throughout the application can be used to obtain descriptions and explanations of terminology and product knowledge. In **Archangel's** wound measurement segment, additional training and visuals are found with the (i) buttons, as well.  Training on how to use the wound measurement segment is also available through the "More" button. #### Are Treatment Plans customizable in Archangel? In **Archangel**, you are able to customize or upload your own treatment plans for your patients. This is included in your initial set up of** Archangel.** No additional fees will apply. ##### In addition, if a treatment plan is not being followed properly, an notification will be sent to the supervisor/manager.   #### Will the implementation and support of Archangel be seamless? ##### Set up will take a minimum of 2 weeks but is determined by the customers participation.  Requirements include but are not limited to: - User Upload - Patient Upload - Formulary Upload - Treatment Plan - Distributor Selection Any initial configuration or customization of **Archangel** will be done by an **Archangel** Account Specialist.  Administrative rights for modifications, additions, deletions are given to the Home Health Care Agency.  The **Archangel** Account Specialist will provide training on administrative rights. **Archangel** Support is available via phone or email request from 9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday, through our help desk. **Archangel** is a cloud based platform (Kony) and will not burden your existing computer system.  It can be used on many devices including Apple and Android smart phones, tablets and PC's.  Administrative users would be able to access the web app version of** Archangel** from a PC.   #### How convenient is it to train, integrate, and learn Archangel? Archangel is customizable to allow use of your company content.  This can include: -  User info -  Patient information -  Formulary information -  Treatment Plan -  Distributor Selection -  Screen Frequencies -  Screen Elimination **Archangel** also has built in training.  Through our (i)-buttons, tech support and settings menu there are many options to help you navigate through **Archangel**.  There is additional training on how to use the wound measuring segment through the (i)-buttons. #### How does Archangel's Care Consultation/Telemedicine work? ##### Care Consultation/Telemedicine requests A request for Care Consultation/Telemedicine can be sent through **Archangel**.  It will then be received  by the 3rd party specialists and a response will be returned within 24 hours.  **Archangel** will have its care consultation portal built into it by first quarter of 2021. There are several levels of Care Consultation/Telemedicine: - Clinician to Clinician (Internal Care Team) - Clinician to Clinician (External Care Team) - Patient to Clinician Through **Archangel**, if your specialists are listed as part of your patients care team, you will be able to contact them as long as the initial setup has included the specialist or the patients specific information contains contact information for your internal specialist.  Any additional support that may be needed is easily added to a patients care team within **Archangel** and you will be able to share this access with your additional support. Depending of the level of care consultation/telemedicine requirements that you have, there may or may not be additional contracts and fees. Qualifications include: - WOCN - CWS - OCN #### What are the upfront costs of Archangel along with any future updates or upgrades? ##### The cost of **Archangel** is determined based on the features required and the specific needs of each agency/organization. There is no specialty equipment needed for set up because **Archangel** performs on any mobile platform (Android and Smart phones) and PC.  Any set up fees would be determined based on specific configuration and customization requirements from the customer. Configurations include but are not limited to: - User Upload - Patient Upload - Formulary Upload - Treatment Plan - Distributor Selection ##### Any **Archangel** software updates will be semi-annual and at no additional cost to the customer. #### With Archangel's secure internal communication system, can I add external parties if I choose?  With **Archangel** being a secure system, you still may add external parties if you choose.  These include but are not limited to: - ##### Physicians - ##### Specialists - ##### Other members of the Care Team ##### A future version of **Archangel** will include a Patient/Family Portal. #### Are Archangel users required to order wound support products through the app?
