It is frustrating remembering the username and password for all of your various software applications. Archangel gives you an easy and secure way to retrieve your username and reset your password if they are forgotten.
You can retrieve your username or reset your password on either the Web App or the Mobile App.
Mobile App - Username Retrieval or Password Reset
Go to the following address to reach the Web App login screen:
Once you reach the login screen, tap the "Forgot (Username and Password)?" (see below):
You are prompted to enter either your username or your email.
- If you forgot your password enter your username
- If you forgot your username enter your email
After entering either of these, click the submit button. You will receive an email in a matter of moments to the email associated with your account with your username and a temporary password. Your old password is no longer valid.

Archangel sent me a difficult password. Am I able to change my password in Archangel?
You can't change your username but you can change your password. Your password must meet all of the follow the following requirements:
- 8-15 characters
- One uppercase letter
- One lowercase letter
- One number
Web App - Change Password
To change your password go to your "Settings" tab and select Change Password (see below). Type in your current password and then type your new password twice and click Submit. You’ll now be able to access the Archangel Mobile App and the Archangel Web App with your login and new password.
Mobile App - Change Password
Login to the Mobile App. Tap the "More Menu" in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Tap the "Change Password" and it will open a new screen to change your password (see below). Type in your old password, your new password, and then again your new password to confirm.
Am I able to change the email associated with my User Name or my User Name?
No. Your email address and the User Name assigned to you is not able to be edited. Note that those areas are grayed out and not possible of being edited.
