App Use/Tech Support (Option 1):

Our FAQ section of the Archangel Knowledge Base will answer many of your questions regarding Archangel. However,
if you have issues that are directly related to using the Archangel Mobile or Web App that are not able to be resolved with our FAQ then we encourage you to call our Archangel Technical Support Team at 1-844-201-4376 – Press 1.

Product Support (Option 2):

Archangel gives you the opportunity to access many brands from a variety of manufacturers. If you have questions specific
to products, press option 2 when dialing our Technical Support Team. You’ll be connected to our Archangel Customer
Service Department who will be able to answer questions regarding any of the products available to you through Archangel.

Order Support (Option 5):

Ordering and Tracking of supplies is able to be seen within the application in several places on both the Mobile and Web App versions of Archangel.

Access the My Orders under the More Button of the Archangel Mobile Application. Find the order you would like to track
and click View Details. Information regarding tracking and shipping information will appear. If you have additional questions, feel free to contact the Archangel Customer Care Service Department by selecting Option 5.

On the Archangel Mobile App, once you are in the patient’s wound assessment, you can access order information by selecting Treatment Plan and Product Order History. When you View Details, you’re able to see all of the necessary order
details regarding shipping and tracking of this patient’s order.

You can also access the patient’s orders through the Archangel Web App by selecting Patient Tab, then clicking the patient name, and finally, View Wounds and Assessments. Once your patient assessment opens, select Product Orders and then view details. You are now able to see all the necessary order and tracking information for this patient’s order.
