What is the Floating Lifesaver Button?

Tap the Floating Lifesaver Button to consult another clinician OR contact one of your patients via video call or chat.

You will notice on the Archangel Mobile App there are many screens that contain a "floating lifesaver button" (see below).

When you click on the lifesaver you will see a screen (below) that allows you to do anyone of three things:

  1. Connect with a member of your clinical team within your organization - when clicking this button you will be asked who from your team you want to contact and will be put into their virtual waiting room
  2. Connect with a Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) who resides outside your organization - This option is only available if you organization is set-up for this feature and you are authorized to use the feature by your clinical supervisor
  3. Log into your queue - to chat or connect via video with clinicians or patients who are waiting for you in your waiting room
