      This article details the changes made to the Archangel application that went live on 11/1/21

      Mobile App - Version 2.1.6 (iOS and Android)

      Web App - Version 1.4.9

      New Features or Functions

      1. Add labels and change order of Neuropathic Ulcer - Diabetic wound types for Thickness and Wagner (Web App)
      2. Add Treatment Table at the Bottom of the Clinical Report (Web App)
      3. Risk Factors will not be editable at the wound level but will be at the assessment level (Web App)
      4. Ability to add, change Wound Date and Assessment Date (Web App)
      5. Wound Rx Fit to One Page (Web App)
      6. Ability to add 3 ICD-10 codes to a wound (Web App)
      7. Ability to move products ON or OFF formulary at the variation level (Web App)
      8. Option to Load Default Formulary that sets to ON Formulary suggested items that biller friendly (Web App
      9. Add ability to select multiple secondary and multiple securement items during treatment (Web App)
      10. Treatment Duration - Changed to 15 days, 30 days or Other (Mobile and Web App)

      Patches / Bug Fixes

      1. Add / Edit Treatment – When first coming into this screen on Web Application, not able to select OFF Formulary for Collagen Category
      2. Add / Edit Treatment – Not able to to scroll down on this screen on Web Application
      3. Adherence to Care Plan – Not able to change patient adherence from NO to YES and save
      4. Fixed PDF Issue - Adherence to care plan was always showing NONE
      5. Fixed PDF Issue - When no image is saved in Web for Debride and Cleanse wound, PDF was not downloaded in Mobile
