E. Moved Treatment Plan Notes from the bottom of the report to be at the end of the treatment section of the report

F. Adherence to Care Plan (see below) was NOT changed in this release - it will still show in the report as blank on the first assessment and will still "hog" the page. H. Request: Treatment suggestions are fine however the additional co-morbidity and interfering (which is spelled wrong on the report) factors portion is a page hog.
Answer: YES, fixed the misspelling of "interfering". Did also fixed any occurrences of "NONE" to save some space.
I. Request: These items on the report are determined by the selection under risk factors, however we are not able to unselect the items. Can this be corrected so that I can unselect items?
Answer: YES, see below, risk factors can be unselected in the edit assessment section under the Risk Factors tab.

J. Request: Incontinence has no data to contribute to the report - needs to be added.
Answer: This will be fixed, need text to add to the database for both:
- Incontinence - Bowel
- Incontinence - Bladder
