Will the implementation and support of Archangel be seamless?

Implementation, systems and support

Set up will take a minimum of 2 weeks but is determined by the customers participation.  Requirements include but are not limited to:

  • User Upload
  • Patient Upload
  • Formulary Upload
  • Treatment Plan
  • Distributor Selection

Any initial configuration or customization of Archangel will be done by an Archangel Account Specialist.  Administrative rights for modifications, additions, deletions are given to the Home Health Care Agency.  The Archangel Account Specialist will provide training on administrative rights.

Archangel Support is available via phone or email request from 9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday, through our help desk.

Archangel is a cloud based platform (Kony) and will not burden your existing computer system.  It can be used on many devices including Apple and Android smart phones, tablets and PC's.  Administrative users would be able to access the web app version of Archangel from a PC.
